The EJA is the South East of England’s leading youth development football league. It is the stepping stone between regular youth level in all counties and the academy levels of the professional ranks.
EJA Phase Head Coach Marc Campbell trains players technically and tactically over the course of the season, implementing creative training sessions which develop players' skills and prepare them for future progression and competitive competitions.
Marc's philosophy is aimed at challenging his players and squad to be the best they can be and preparing those players for further player experiences be it representing their county or with professional academies.

Marc's previous training plans has resulted in many previous EJA players being invited on trials with either their county or professional clubs such as Milton Keynes Dons, Northampton Town, Cambridge United, Luton Town, Norwich City and Stevenage Borough.
We're looking for talented outfield players, centre backs, centre forwards, full backs and midfield players.
We understand that players come in all shapes and sizes with a variety of strengths and weaknesses. We take into account a players technical, tactical, physical and social attributes and understand that to get up to the level required by EJA make some time.
