Payments

Welcome to our Payment page for Hitchin Town Youth Football Club. Here Managers/Coaches can pay player registration fees for the upcoming 2020-21 season. 

1. BEFORE PAYING...

Managers/Coaches, please make sure you have...

  • Read and understand the guidance and registration process as outlined on the Season 2020-21 page.
  • You have collected all of your Parents Registration forms and their 1st instalment payments of £65.00.
  • Using the detail from the individual Parents Registration forms you have completed the Team Registration form, and emailed this to Sharon Fox: registrations@hitchintownyouthfc.com.


Parents/Guardians - Please be aware we are not accepting payments via this page for individual players. All registration fees for the 2020-21 season should be collated by your team Manager/Coach, and transferred as a whole via this Payment page.

2. PAY HERE!

Please follow these five simple steps...

  1. Using the boxes below, select the instalment you are paying (1 or 2)
  2. Select your Team Age Group
  3. Enter your Team Name (or names if you are paying for more than one team)
  4. Enter your Manager/Coach name (as a reference)
  5. Click 'Add to Cart'


This will take you to a PayPal Shopping cart where you can select the number of players you are paying for (the Qty). You then have the option to use PayPal, or check out via a credit card. Please note we are not accepting cash, or bank transfer for player fees. 


If you are a regular PayPal user you can also transfer the full amount directly using our email as the recipient: registrations@hitchintownyouthfc.com. (Please add your Team Name and No. of Players as a reference).


Once you have paid, all Managers/Coaches should email Sharon Fox at registrations@hitchintownyouthfc.com with a short, covering email detailing when fees were transferred and which players in your squad this covers.
