Season 2020-21

With the current season cut-short due to Covid-19 challenges we know everyone is looking forward to the start of the new 2020-21 season. This page provides full step-by-step guidance for HTYFC team Managers/Coaches on what is needed prior to the big kick-off.

1. PLAYER REGISTRATION

2020-21 Player fees, deadlines and how to pay...

  • Player registration fees for the 2020-21 season are £125.00 per player.
  • This is payable only in two instalments of 1st £65.00, then 2nd £60.00. (Please note this is for the ease of financial management - we are not accepting full-fee payment. It is two instalments only).
  • Payment deadline is 1st instalment by 30th June, and 2nd instalment by 31st October.
  • Individual player payments are to be collated by Managers/Coaches and transferred to the club together as a team. We're not accepting payments from individual parents.
  • Payment is via PayPal or credit card through our dedicated Payment page. (Please note we are not accepting cash, or bank transfer for player fees).
  • To keep fees as low as possible this year (given the Covid-19 challenges) this fee does not include a new kit. If players require a full new kit (or individual parts) there will be a separate payment required for this. See the kit section below.

2. REGISTRATION PROCESS

How to register your players and team for the 2020-21 season...

  1. Managers/Coaches send each player's parent/guardian the HTYFC Parents Registration Form 2020-21 which is filled out and returned to the Manager/Coach along with their first instalment of £65.00. Managers/Coaches need to ensure that parents complete the entire form, including the parental consent section. 
  2. Managers/Coaches of Mid Herts League teams will also need to ask parents/guardians to email a new player headshot photo (in *jpg format, against a plain background). This is not necessary for players within Royston Crow League (RCL) teams.
  3. Managers/Coaches collate all HTYFC Parents Registration Forms for their teams, and transfer all of the information onto the HTYFC Team Registration Form 2020-21. Once completed in full, the Team Registration form is sent to our Registrations Manager, Sharon Fox: registrations@hitchintownyouthfc.com (along with player headshot photos where applicable).
  4. Managers/Coaches collate all 1st instalment payments and transfer these to the club via the dedicated Payment page. No monies - cash or cheques should go directly to Sharon.
  5. Managers/Coaches should email Sharon at registrations@hitchintownyouthfc.com with a short, covering email after transferring payment detailing when fees were transferred and which players in your squad this covers.

3. SEASON 2020-21 FORMS

These are the forms you will require as outlined above. The Parents Registration form is filled out by players' parent/guardian - and submitted to Managers/Coaches, while the Team Registration form is filled out by Managers/Coaches and submitted to the club.

4. PAYMENT

How to pay your player fees...

To pay for your season 2020-21 player fees please use our dedicated Payment page. Please note that as stated previously:

  • Individual player payments are to be collated by Managers/Coaches and transferred to the club together as a team. We're not accepting payments from individual parents.
  • Payment is via PayPal or credit card through our dedicated Payment page. (Please note we are not accepting cash, or bank transfer for player fees and no monies - cash or cheque, should be given directly to Sharon).
  • Payment via our Payment page and the PayPal portal doesn't mean you have to be a Paypal customer or a registered PayPal user. You can still check out as a guest using one of these methods below:

5. KIT

What to do if you need new or replacement kit...

If parents wish to purchase new kit, the Manager/Coach will need to collate the details and complete the usual kit order form - HTYFC Kit Order Form 2020-21 - and forward the completed form to our Kit Manager, Craig Hay: kit@hitchintownyouthfc.com


Managers/Coaches should collate monies for the ordered kit from parents and transfer these to the club by bank transfer. The club account is: HSBC - Hitchin Town Youth Football Club, Acc: 71789945, S/C: 40-24-20. Please can all Managers let Craig know via email when money has been transferred so the order can be placed with our supplier. No orders will be placed without payment upfront.

  • Full kit (long sleeved top): £37.50
  • Full kit (short sleeved top): £37.00
  • Long sleeved top: £22.50
  • Short sleeved top: £22.00
  • Goalkeepers top: £22.50
  • Shorts: £9.00
  • Socks: £9.00


Errea Size Guidelines

  • Size guidelines can be found on the chart on the right or within the website's Forms page here. We generally advise people to order one size larger than normal, as Errea kit is designed to be slim-fit.
