An FA Charter Standard Club
Hitchin Town Youth Football Club is a vibrant, friendly, FA Charter Standard community based club run by volunteers in the market town of Hitchin, North Herts. We are the largest and longest standing youth football club in the town. While independent, we enjoy close ties with Hitchin Town FC.
With almost 400 boys and girls participating in teams from U7 to U18, the club is one of the most active and well supported in the region, and we're proud to have achieved FA Charter Standard club status.
Our teams compete in varied regional leagues including the Eastern Junior Alliance (EJA), the Mid Herts Rural Minors League (MHL) and the Royston Crow League (RCL).
The whole club is run by a small team of volunteers, from the Committee to our team managers, coaches, referees, linesmen, parent volunteers and fundraisers.
If you are interested in finding out more about our club either as a player, official, coach or volunteer, get in touch using the form on the Contact Us page.
Read more below on how we're supporting player, coach and supporter welfare by investing in AED access.
Hitchin Town Youth FC is proud to be lending its full support to Play Safe – a national FA led campaign to raise awareness of the importance of safeguarding in football. Watch the video and find out more details at: www.thefa.com/playsafe
Have a question about safeguarding? Contact our club Welfare Officer, Tara Mullaney, via our Committee page.
